The most capable women I work with are often the least certain about what they want next.
At this level, the problem is rarely skill or ambition. It's that the pace of senior leadership rarely gives you the time and space to think clearly about it. Every hour is spoken for. Every decision is weighted with consequence.
And somewhere along the way, the question of what you actually want gets quietly set aside.
The Still Point is a day designed to change that.
One dedicated day, held in a beautiful setting, with Caroline’s expert support and the protected space to do the thinking your career - and you - deserve.
At this stage of your career, investing in the time and support to think clearly is not indulgent. It’s the most strategic thing you can do.
Is The Still Point for you?
The questioning one: Everything looks great from the outside. But something has shifted and you can’t quite name it yet.
The depleted one: You’ve been offered opportunities but don’t have the energy or certainty to commit, because you're not sure which direction you're actually building towards anymore.
The stuck one. You know something needs to change but you don’t know where to start.
The reactive one. You’re are ready to stop managing your career reactively and start leading it with the same intention you bring to everything else.
The under-supported one. You want support that matches your level, someone who understands the complexity of operating at this point in your career and life.
If any of these landed, you’re in the right place.
You are done circling the same questions about your career. This is the day you answer them.
What the day looks like
Think of The Still Point as a board meeting for your career.
The day moves from supported reflection through to decision and concrete plan. It is structured, personal, and designed to go deep.
You arrive to a beautifully set room with coffee, time to settle, and pre-session preparation already done. The morning is for clarity work, guided reflection and coaching with Caroline to surface what you actually want.
After lunch, the afternoon moves into decisions and planning. You leave with a written plan. The day closes with an optional celebratory drink, a chance to mark what you've decided with the women who've been in the room with you.
The day includes
09:30 arrival and refreshments · Individual facilitated reflection · Group coaching · Lunch · Decision making and action planning · 16:30
What you leave with
By the end of the day, you will have all four of these.
01. Clarity on what you want next
Not a vague sense of direction, but a specific, honest answer to the question you’ve been circling. What you want. Why. And what’s been getting in the way.
02. Confidence in the direction you’re choosing
The kind that comes from having done the actual thinking, not from talking yourself into something. A decision you can stand behind.
03. An actionable plan to make it happen
A concrete set of next steps, something you can act on the moment you leave.
04. The energy to lead your career with intention
When you know what you’re building towards, everything gets lighter. Decisions, leadership, how you spend your time, all of it sharpens.
Everything is taken care of
The Still Point is designed to be a genuinely exceptional day. The setting, the food, the flow of the room, every element is chosen so that you can think without distraction and leave having achieved what you came to do.
The group is kept deliberately small, no more than ten women, so that everyone is fully supported. Intimate enough for honesty. Spacious enough for real thinking.
Central London setting. A beautiful, carefully chosen venue. Light, calm, and a world away from the demands of your role and life.
Sustenance. Refreshments, a delicious lunch and mid-afternoon nibbles.
Pre-session preparation. You'll receive materials in advance so you arrive oriented, not cold. The day hits the ground running.
Personal welcome from Caroline. Once you book, Caroline is in touch personally to welcome you to The Still Point.
Maximum 10 places. Kept intentionally small so your specific needs are fully supported and the room works for everyone.
Caroline Rae
I am an ICF PCC-credentialed executive coach with ten years of coaching practice and fifteen years operating at senior leadership level across marketing, tech and central government.
I have coached hundreds of senior leaders through career and leadership transitions - women at VP, Director and C-suite level in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, UK Government and high-growth digital scale-ups.
My client base is deliberately broad. That breadth keeps my perspective current and my thinking sharp on what modern leadership and careers actually demand.
I created The Still Point because I kept seeing talented women making rushed decisions under pressure, or staying frozen in indecision too long and seeing their confidence erode.
Both stem from the same issue: not enough space and support to think clearly about what matters now.
