You’ve built a successful career. So why does something feel off?
An in-person strategy day for women who are done waiting for clarity to arrive, ready to choose what’s next, and leave with a plan to make it happen.
If you've caught yourself thinking "I'm doing well, but I feel stuck" or "I haven't worked this hard to plateau"
Or simply: "I know I want something different, I just can't name it yet." This day is for you.
The problem isn't your ambition. It isn't your ability. It's that you don’t get the time, the space, or the support to stop and actually decide what you want.
The Still Point is that day.
The part of your career no one prepares you for at this stage of your career
Too many highly capable women drift into their next chapter by default, rather than choosing it.
You're holding back from committing the time to do the one thing that changes the game: getting clear on what you want, and making it happen.
And when you don't have that clarity, everything feels heavier. Decisions. Leadership. Even new opportunities.
The way you feel about your career, how you ask for what you want, how you show up as a leader, it controls everything. What you focus on. The results you drive. How fulfilled you feel.
The irony? The more successful you become, the harder it gets to admit you're not sure what you actually want anymore.
I'm on a mission to break the cycle of women being overburdened, overlooked and unsatisfied by their work.
At this stage of your career, clarity isn't indulgent. It's strategic.
It's time to swap self-doubt, frustration and a sense of limited choices for clarity, energy and an action plan that works.
And I'm going to show you how.
This is The Still Point.
This is not a workshop or large-scale event. Think of it as a board meeting for your career, except the only agenda is you.
A full day of supported thinking, coaching and planning, designed so you leave with a clear route forward, no matter the question or season you're in.
This is not a conference. It is not a networking event. It is not a workshop where you leave with a notebook full of ideas and no idea what to do with them. It is a dedicated, supported day to do the thinking you and your career deserves.
What the day gives you
A clear statement of your next move, whether that's a change, a course correction, or a conscious decision to stay and make your role work better for you and a practical plan to move forward.

You're successful on paper but quietly questioning what comes next.
You're ready to upgrade the way you feel about your career in 2026 and go all in on action that matters and say yes to being fully supported.
You're done tolerating. You’re ready to make an intentional choice about your next chapter.
This is for you if you're ready to invest in yourself - and your career - and leave with clarity, energy and a plan.
A small space by design.
I keep my spaces intimate so I can fully support each person at The Still Point. It is always my priority to get to know you, your career and what you want so I can support you at the level you need.
Meet Your Coach
Caroline Rae
Over the past 10 years, I've coached hundreds of women through career and leadership transitions that looked impossible from the inside. Women who looked successful on paper but felt increasingly misaligned. Women who were capable, ambitious, and accomplished, and also uncertain about what came next.
What I've learned is this: the moments that look like stuckness are often moments of transition. And transition requires something different from what got you here. It requires space to pause, permission to question, and a framework for making sense of what's changed.
I created The Still Point because I kept seeing talented women making rushed decisions under pressure, or staying frozen in indecision too long and seeing their confidence erode.
Both stem from the same issue: not enough space and support to think clearly about what matters now.
My approach combines strategic career planning with the deeper work of clarification, helping you reconnect with what you actually want, not what you think you should want. I bring structure to uncertainty and spaciousness to pressure.
I hold an Postgraduate degree in coaching and a PCC accreditation from the ICF. I’ve worked with hundreds of senior leaders worldwide from multi-national corporations, FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 to the UK government and tech founders scaling their companies and at the sharp end of leadership.
The breadth of my clients and their industries keep me fresh on the challenges of modern leadership and careers. Insight and learning I bring to The Still Point. But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to stand at a crossroads and not know which way to turn.
This day is the container I wish I'd had when I knew something needed to change but I didn’t know what or how.
