Caroline Rae is the founder of Fiorlo. Caroline, a trusted executive coach and consultant with a global client base, is known for her work on advising and supporting organisations on how to drive change, create value and enable individuals to thrive. Her experience includes health behaviour change campaigns, public-private policy partnerships, commercial sales and helping digital tech companies to scale in the UK.
